How long after painting my baby's nursery can I put the bedding on the crib?

- Paint your nursery and crack the windows (if your the one doing the painting, take breaks & keep the window wide open so the fumes dont get to you, not good) but...i would say 2 days maybe 3 if the smell isnt completely out (with the windows open....put a fan on blowing towards the window. 
But when the walls are dry you can start putting everything in...but keep the crib bedding out until the smell is out.

- Assuming latex paint, 72 hours.

I've been finding these small ladybug looking insects can someone help me find out what it is?

The size of the bugs is about the diameter of a candle wick. I have found them on the walls of the living room and my bedroom. They look similar to the varied carpet beetle or a ladybug. The ones I'm finding are brown, black, white spotted. I don't think it's a carpet beetle because we don't have any carpeting or rugs and our window coverings are vinyl blinds (no curtains.) I have not found any actually on my bed. What could they be and what can I do about them? Please answer only if you have some idea of what they could be. Thanks you.
